Have you heard about GOOGLE READER?  I've been using it for a year now and LOVE IT!  You typically use it to track blogs, but you can also add a web page URL and it will track changes to that web page.  Noticed I said WEB PAGE, not WEB SITE.  There's a difference. 

If you wish to track changes to THIS SITE, have your "reader" (I use GOOGLE READER) track my "updates" page.  Here's the URL:  www.jmeacham.com/updates.htm.  I've tried it and it works!  (Not that I need to track changes to my site...but I wanted to se if it would work and lo and behold it did)!
