I am doing this for several reasons: (1) they are VERY large files and take up LOTS of space, (2) My "search" option doesn't work very well when they are on the site, meaning that when my site get's "spidered" it indexes the plans too, and that throws off the search index, making it pretty useless as a search tool, and (3) I plan to redo the way I do my plans, making them easier for me to create, maintain, and update.
